Acquisitions Specialist — Real Estate Sales (100% Commission, $100K+ Year One)

If you've got real estate or wholesale acquisitions experience, you already know how rare this is: proven system, paid le, zero ramp-up. You walk in and start closing week one — or you don't last.

• Learn our CRM fast and use it better than the next guy
• Show up hungry every day, especially the slow ones

The bare minimum to apply

• 1+ year in real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions
• A real home office and 6+ hours a day on the phone
• Thick skin, fast learner, competitive by nature
• Real estate license is a plus — not required

Compensation breakdown

• 15% commission on paid le
• Additional KPI-based bonuses
• Quarterly + annual performance bonuses

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
