The Consultation conversion specialist is responsible for confirming booked consultations ahead of the appointment date, maximising patient show-up rate through the 48-hour confirmation call and associated confirmation messaging, and ensuring accurate, timely logging of every call outcome so downstream flows (reminders, rebooking, lost-lead tracking) trigger correctly. The role also includes DNA rebooking outreach - proactively contacting patients who did not attend their consultation to secure a rebooked appointment and support them back into the booking process.
