We are looking for someone fluent in Spanis.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Build Relationships – Establish trust and maintain strong customer connections through open, interactive communication.
✔ Advocate for Customers – Put yourself in their shoes and ensure they receive the best possible service.
✔ Assist & Support – Answer inquiries via phone and email, identifying customer needs and delivering solutions.
✔ Process Orders – Enter sales orders into our ERP system, generate invoices, and send them to customers.
✔ Manage Calls – Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining excellent service standards.
✔ Problem-Solve – Address customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Stay Organized – Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
✔ Achieve Goals – Meet personal and team-based service targets, call-handling quotas, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven Experience – Previous customer support or client service experience preferred.
✅ Strong Communicator – Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and professional written/verbal skills.
✅ Customer-First Mindset – Ability to adapt and respond to different personalities with empathy and patience.
✅ Multi-Tasker – Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Experience using ERP systems and other customer service tools is a plus.
✅ Education – High school diploma required; additional training or certifications are a bonus.
