Experienced Plasterer – Immediate Start – Multiple Sites Across London

Duties
- Prepare surfaces meticulously, including cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents to ensure optimal plaster adhesion
- Apply plaster materials accurately on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, achieving smooth, durable finishes that meet project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as roofing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work when necessary
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to mix, apply, and finish plastering materials with high quality standards
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise application of plastering techniques in line with project plans
- Assist with fabrication and installation of plasterboard or other related materials as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer with a strong portfolio of completed projects across residential or commercial sites
- Knowledge of construction painting, masonry, roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, and general construction practices is highly desirable
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise application of materials
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces when needed
- Strong teamwork skills with the flexibility to assist with related trades such as carpentry or masonry when required
- Valid certifications relevant to construction work are preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude towards learning new skills is appreciated
