Founding AI Engineer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading self-directed, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment with direct people management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools for project planning and execution.
• Technical expertise in machine learning, AI, and software engineering, with experience in SaaS environments, is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices, technical support, and managing on-call rotations.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineers at various career stages.
• Familiarity with NLP or information retrieval is a plus.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
