Maintain call records and update status in the system after each interaction.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
Meet weekly or monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum education: 10th Pass / High School or equivalent.
Good command of English or regional language(s) depending on your area of operation.
Basic computer and mobile phone literacy.
Comfortable speaking on phone for extended periods.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to follow instructions and scripts while keeping a natural tone.
📚 Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Flexible shifts: Work at your convenience between 9 AM to 8 PM.
Minimum commitment: 3–4 hours/day preferred (can be full-time or part-time based on your availability).
