You'll Bring: A background in education, literacy, or a related field (degree, diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience); Experience teaching or tutoring reading to children or young learners, especially in small groups; Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension strategies, and literacy development stages; Warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for books and learning; Comfort leading live video sessions with confidence and energy; A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional space for sessions; Strong communication skills — with learners and with parents.
