We're looking for a reliable social media poster to publish live content during our gala dinner.

WHEN

Thursday, October 15, 5pm to 10pm Central Time

SCOPE

About 15 to 20 posts across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. All copy is written in advance. During the event we'll text you photos as each speaker is on stage and you'll pair them with the matching copy and publish promptly across all four platforms.

WHAT WE NEED

* Full availability for the 5pm to 10pm CT window with no other commitments

* Fast turnaround (posting within minutes of receiving photos)

* Comfort with each platform's formatting, including Instagram image crops and tagging

* Careful attention to detail with names and spelling

* A phone number you can receive texts on during the event

DEFINITION OF DONE

All pre-written posts published on all four platforms during the event window, each paired with the correct photo and inductee, with names spelled exactly as provided, and each post live within about 10 minutes of receiving the photo.

HIRING PROCESS

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview before we make a hire.
