Live Moderator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Moderator to support our live-selling operations. The successful candidate will monitor live sessions, engage with customers in real time, assist live hosts, and help create a smooth and interactive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live-selling sessions on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in real time.
- Assist live hosts by managing audience engagement during broadcasts.
- Maintain a positive and professional live chat environment.
- Coordinate with the live-selling team to ensure smooth operations.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Monitor live performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support promotional campaigns and audience engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Facebook Live, TikTok Live, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is an advantage.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
