  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our mental health practice. In addition to providing administrative support, this role will also be responsible for medical billing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in both administrative assistance and medical billing, preferably in a healthcare setting. This position offers flexibility, with a primary focus on supporting the efficient operation of our practice and ensuring smooth billing processes.
