Online ESL Teacher (For U.S. Citizens, Canadians, or U.S. Permanent Residents)

BCM Educational Group is hiring online ESL teachers to help students achieve their English learning goals. If you’re based in the U.S. or Canada and passionate about teaching, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• No prior teaching experience or certification required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Canadian citizen, or U.S. permanent resident.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct 10- to 30-minute interactive video and audio classes.
• Teach Korean and Japanese students across a wide range of age demographics.
• Follow customized student lesson guidelines using fully provided teaching materials.
• Deliver accurate and encouraging post-class feedback to guide student growth.

Available Work Hours (KST):

• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Tuesday and Thursday)
• 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday through Friday)

Compensation & Perks:

• Class Rate: $2–$6 per successful class (10–30 minute duration)
• Satisfaction Bonus: $0.50–$0.75 per class for high student ratings
• Paid Development: 60 minutes of weekly paid coaching
• Certification: Free TESOL certification course after completing 960 teaching hours

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
