Position: Part Time Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator - 2 days per weekJob Type: Ongoing TemporaryLocation: DagenhamSalary: £15.50 - £16.00 per hour (+ paid holiday)Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator on behalf of our growing healthcare client based in Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for genuine part-time warehouse work, offering just 14 hours per week across two non-consecutive weekdays. Tuesday and Thursday are preferred, although alternative working patterns can be considered for the right candidate.This role would suit someone with strong warehouse and stock control experience who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their own area, ensuring warehouse locations remain organised, inventory records are accurate and stock is always audit-ready.Your Role as a Warehouse & Inventory CoordinatorAs a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, your duties will include:Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries.Checking deliveries against purchase orders and documentation.Labelling, identifying and correctly locating stock.Maintaining accurate stock and bin locations.Completing warehouse transfers between storage locations.Carrying out regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.Investigating stock discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy.Monitoring damaged, obsolete or expired stock.Keeping all warehouse areas clean, organised and audit-ready.Preparing stock for internal transfers.Coordinating supplier deliveries and collections.Managing warehouse consumables, equipment and assets.Maintaining accurate records using the company's inventory management system.Completing routine warehouse safety checks.Supporting improvements to warehouse organisation and processes.RequirementsPrevious warehouse and inventory/stock management experience is essential.Confident working independently with minimal supervision.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable using a laptop, iPad and inventory management software.Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.Physically capable of safely handling warehouse stock.Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.Experience using Unleashed Inventory Management System, another WMS/IMS platform, or working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare or similarly regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.Pay & Shifts£15.50 - £16.00 per hour.Paid holiday worth up to £1.93 per hour extra.14 paid hours per week across two non-consecutive weekdays.Preferred working pattern:Tuesday and Thursday08:00 - 15:00 or 09:00 - 16:00Alternative non-consecutive weekdays can be considered for the right person.Ongoing temporary agency assignment.Mandatory annual stocktake, normally taking place on a Saturday in either November or January, paid as an additional day's work.What's in it for you?Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team.Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata).Ongoing temporary work.Flexible part-time working pattern.24/7 support from our experienced recruitment team.Direct PAYE employment through Pure Staff.No umbrella companies and no payroll processing fees.Simple online registration and Right to Work verification.Free access to our perks scheme after your first payment (discounts on electronics, travel, clothing, home, fitness, wellbeing and more).How to Apply for the Role of Warehouse & Inventory CoordinatorTo apply, please send your up-to-date CV to this advert or call our office and speak to one of our recruitment consultants today!
