Pharmacy Manager

Hiring: Pharmacy ManagerSheikh Khalifa Hospital, FujairahSKHF is looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations. This role offers a motivated healthcare professional the chance to play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical services.Key Responsibilities:– Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards– Lead, supervise, and develop the pharmacy team– Ensure safe medication management practices and optimal patient care– Monitor inventory control, procurement, and cost management– Develop and implement pharmacy policies and quality improvement initiatives– Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to enhance patient outcomes– Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations (as applicable)Qualifications & Requirements:– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy– Valid UAE pharmacist license– Minimum 5–7 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership/managerial experience– Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to skhf-careers@skhf.ae.
