Quality & Food Safety Documentation Specialist

The South African Breweries (SAB) seeks a Quality and Food Safety Document Controller to operate the PDM system, update documents, and audit records. The role focuses on maintaining HACCP and PRP documentation and supporting Food Safety related requests across the site.

You will drive quality awareness on site, support the QMS implementation, coordinate document reviews, and ensure non-conformance issues are closed.
