An established organisation in Krugersdorp is looking for a Registered Quantity Surveyor with proven experience across hospital and shopping mall projects. This is a hands-on commercial role for a QS who understands JBCC contracts, cost control and project commercial management and can demonstrate a strong project track record.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying Degree
• Professionally Registered QS – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• 5–8 years' relevant experience
• Hospital project experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Shopping mall experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Strong JBCC experience
• Must be able to provide examples of completed projects
• South African citizen
• Cost planning, estimating and cost control
• Valuations, variations, payment certificates and final accounts
• JBCC contract administration
• Commercial risk and project cost management
• Client, contractor and consultant management
• Delivering projects within budget and contractual requirements
