Remote Amazon Connect & Teams Telephony Engineer

Recrute Action is seeking an Amazon Connect Engineer (MS Teams) for a 6-month contract, primarily remote with monthly in-office collaboration in Ontario. You will lead migration efforts to modernize Financial Centres onto Microsoft Teams Telephony while leveraging AWS services and AI-enabled capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in cloud-based solutions, Teams Phone, Amazon Connect, and strong requirements-gathering skills, plus ERC security clearance.
