Remote Customer Support Pro Flexible Shifts and Projects

ModSquad is looking for remote Customer Support Contractors to join our network. You’ll help customers navigate products, answer questions, and guide them to solutions with a friendly, helpful attitude. Strong adherence to written workflows and availability on weekdays and weekends are required.

This is a remote, project-based role with shifts across Pacific time. Orientation begins June 2026; you’ll need a dedicated device, heet, and basic security tools to work securely.
