About the Role

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable vacations, cruises, resort stays, and group travel experiences. You will provide personalized service, manage trip logistics, and offer expert recommendations to help clients create stress-free travel plans.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow as a business coach by mentoring and supporting others who want to start their own travel business, helping them achieve success through a proven system.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals on behalf of clients.
• Build customized travel itineraries and maintain accurate booking records.
• Stay up to date on current travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.
• Provide responsive support before and during clients’ trips.
• Mentor and coach new travel agents in your network, sharing tools, strategies, and guidance.
• Help your team grow by providing leadership and support within a network marketing structure.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus.
