Sr Project Lead Healthcare Payer

Must Have: Healthcare Payer

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ Years of Project Management experience with 5+ years in US Healthcare Payer IT

• Extensive experience in Project Management, spanning both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle, including intake, governance, planning, execution, and delivery

• In-depth understanding of the client's ecosystem, including:

• Technical architecture and integration landscape

• Functional domains and business processes

• Organizational structure, decision-making models, and governance forums

• Proven business acumen with the ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high volume of small enhancements concurrently

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and expectations

• Creative, solution-oriented thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

• Recent technical background, including exposure to data platforms, APIs, and modern system integrations

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and align diverse teams toward common outcomes

• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and consensus‑building skills

• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, promoting delivery excellence and accountability
