Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support pupils individually and in groups to access learning and participate fully in school life.</li><li>Assist with the implementation of EHCPs, behaviour plans and personal care programmes where required.</li><li>Promote independence, confidence and positive behaviour.</li><li>Support the delivery of learning activities and adapt tasks to meet individual pupil needs.</li><li>Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.</li><li>Help maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.</li><li>Support pupils during breaktimes, educational visits and school activities.</li></ul><p><b>About You</b><br><br>We are looking for someone who is:</p><ul><li>Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEND.</li><li>Patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with pupils.</li><li>A strong team player with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Committed to promoting inclusion, wellbeing and high expectations for all learners.</li><li>Flexible, proactive and willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.</li></ul><p>Previous experience of working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.<br><br>If you are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people and helping them succeed, we would love to hear from you.<strong><br></strong></p><p><i>Apply via: <a href="" target="_blank"> school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.</i></p><p><i>This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
