Telehealth Triage RN Remote Care Navigator

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Telehealth RN to provide direct telephonic care to adults and children from a remote access center. You will assess needs, direct care, educate patients, and coordinate with primary care providers using multiple software tools. The role requires 2–5 years of RN experience, a nursing diploma/associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to work a rotating schedule with 0900–1730 shifts and every other weekend plus holidays.
