Job Description:

Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources regarding government contract compliance
Respond to information requests from HR Business Partners
Provide Payroll guidance on Service Contract Act requirements
Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly
Develop comprehensive staffing models and labor cost proposals with HGB directors, managers and associates
Work with the HGB pricing team on staffing models
Read and understand RFP requirements
Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing and authorized-position data
Produce monthly reports
Develop and issue routine and ad hoc reports using the Position Tracking System, Workday payroll system and other sources
Participate in audits by government agencies
Manage HGB's relationship with its contingent labor vendor
Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and contingent labor use
Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers, including training verification, access, timecard approvals and invoice processing
Support Corporate Procurement with contract terms, conditions and vendor evaluation for government contracting small-business spend
Assist with assigned special projects

Requirements:

U.S. citizenship required by Department of Defense contract
Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired
Bachelor's degree
Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs
Background with the Service Contract Act and government contracting preferred
Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
